array

REQUIRED

An array of transaction hashes to simulate. The transactions are executed in the given order

blockNumber

string

REQUIRED

The block number in hexadecimal format or tags whose state the bundle is simulated on top of. The supported tag values include earliest for the earliest/genesis block, latest for the latest mined block, safe for the most recent secure block, and finalized for the most recent secure block accepted by more than 2/3 of validators

Returns

result

object

The bundle simulation result with the following fields:

bundleHash

string

The hash of the simulated bundle

results

array

An array with one result object per transaction, in execution order, with the following fields:

txHash

string

The hash of the simulated transaction

gasUsed

integer

The amount of gas used by the transaction

value

string

The 32-byte return value of the transaction. Present only when the transaction succeeds

error

string

The error message, such as out of gas. Present only when the transaction fails
