Asset name (e.g., "BTC", "ETH"). HIP-4 prediction market outcomes can also be referenced with their # alias. A priority fee applies only to IOC orders; every order in the action must be IOC or a market-style IOC order, the fee rate is interpreted as p / 100000000 of filled notional (10000 equals 1 basis point, maximum 80000 or 8 basis points), and it is charged from the undelegated staking HYPE balance. Preflight rejects a priority fee on HIP-4 # markets.
