Please note that transaction receipts are not available for pending transactions.

MegaETH nodes use a ~15-day pruning window for receipt data. Receipts older than ~15 days (1,296,064 blocks) are pruned from the database but are also persisted in static files. For more details, see the MegaETH Pruning Policy.

Parameters

hash

string

REQUIRED

The hash of a transaction

Returns

object | null

A transaction receipt object, or null when no receipt was found

type

string

The transaction type encoded as a hexadecimal

status

string

It is either 1 (success) or 0 (failure) encoded as a hexadecimal

cumulativeGasUsed

string

The total gas used when this transaction was executed in the block

logs

array

An array of log objects that were generated by this transaction

address

string

The address from which this log originated

topics

array

An array of (0 to 4) 32-byte topics. The first topic is usually the event signature hash

data

string

One or more 32-byte non-indexed arguments of the log encoded as hexadecimal

blockHash

string | null

The hash of the block where this log was in. null when it's a pending log

blockNumber

string | null

The block number where this log was in. null when it's a pending log

transactionHash

string | null

The hash of the transaction this log was created from. null when it's a pending log

transactionIndex

string | null

The transaction index position this log was created from encoded as hexadecimal. null when it's a pending log

logIndex

string | null

The log index position in the block encoded as hexadecimal. null when it's a pending log

removed

boolean

True if the log was removed due to a chain reorganization, false if it's a valid log

depositNonce

string

The deposit nonce encoded as a hexadecimal

depositReceiptVersion

string

The deposit receipt version encoded as a hexadecimal

logsBloom

string

The bloom filter which is used to retrieve related logs

transactionHash

string

The hash of the transaction

transactionIndex

string

The transaction index position in the block encoded as a hexadecimal

blockHash

The hash of the block where this transaction was in

blockNumber

string

The block number where this transaction was added encoded as a hexadecimal

gasUsed

The amount of gas used by this specific transaction alone
