Ritual RPC
Ritual Overview
Ritual is an EVM-compatible Layer 1 blockchain designed for AI applications and autonomous agents. Its execution environment combines standard smart contract execution with verifiable off-chain computation, enabling developers to build AI-native decentralized applications.
The network is fully EVM-compatible, allowing developers to deploy existing Solidity contracts and use familiar tools such as Hardhat, Foundry, and Remix without modification. Quicknode supports Ritual Mainnet with chain ID 784 (0x310). Transaction fees are paid in RITUAL, the network's native asset with 18 decimals.
Interacting with Ritual's APIs
Ritual nodes expose a JSON-RPC interface that is compatible with Ethereum's JSON-RPC API. This means developers can use Ethereum's native tools, such as Foundry, Hardhat, and popular Web3 libraries, without modification.
Ritual supports standard Ethereum JSON-RPC methods along with Debug and Trace API methods for advanced tracing and debugging. Ritual also returns chain-specific transaction types, including 0x13; applications should not assume that every transaction is a standard Ethereum transaction type.
