getAgGenesisCert is available on Agave v4.3 and later. A null result means the node supports the method, but its cluster has not migrated to Alpenglow. JSON-RPC error -32601 means the node does not support the method.

Parameters

This method does not accept any parameters

Returns

result

object | null

The genesis certificate after migration, or null while the cluster still uses TowerBFT. A node that does not support this method returns JSON-RPC error -32601 instead.

block

object

The first block produced under Alpenglow consensus.

slot

number

Slot of the Alpenglow genesis block.

blockId

array

The 32-byte block ID, encoded as an array of unsigned byte values.

signature

object

The aggregate certificate signature and its signer bitmap.

The 192-byte aggregate signature, encoded as an array of unsigned byte values.

array

Variable-length signer bitmap, encoded as an array of unsigned byte values.
