The filter id that is returned from eth_newFilter, eth_newBlockFilter or eth_newPendingTransactionFilter

Returns

array

array

The array of results depending on the filter type, or empty if there were no changes since the last poll

eth_newBlockFilter

object

The response object returned for a new block filter

blockHash

string

The 32 byte hash of a block that meets the filter requirements

eth_newPendingTransactionFilter

object

The response object returned for a new pending transaction filter

transactionHash

string

The 32 byte hash of a transaction that meets the filter requirements

eth_newFilter

object

The response object returned for a new log filter

address

string

The address from which this log originated

topics

array

The array of zero to four 32 byte data topics of indexed log arguments, where the first topic is the hash of the event signature unless declared anonymous

data

string

The data field containing one or more 32 byte non-indexed log arguments

blockNumber

string

The block number where this log was included, null if pending

transactionHash

string

The hash of the transaction this log was created from, null if pending

transactionIndex

string

The index position of the transaction this log originated from, null if pending

blockHash

string

The hash of the block where this log was included, null if pending

logIndex

string

The index position of the log in the block, null if pending

removed

boolean

The indicator that is true when the log was removed due to a chain reorganization and false if it is a valid log
