World Chain RPC

With Quicknode, you get access to our global World Chain network which always routes your API requests to the nearest available location, ensuring low latency and the fastest speeds.

World Chain Overview

World Chain is an EVM Layer 2 built on the OP Stack for human-first applications. It integrates World ID to prioritize real people over bots, offers gas credits to verified users, and reaches users through World App. As an EVM L2, it’s compatible with standard Ethereum tooling and exposes OP-Stack rollup APIs.

Interacting with World Chain APIs

World Chain exposes Ethereum-compatible JSON-RPC and rollup-specific methods that allow developers to interact with the network programmatically. You can query blocks and transactions, deploy and interact with smart contracts, and access rollup status and configuration.

You can connect by running your own node or by using a hosted provider such as Quicknode, which offers reliable, low-latency access without the need to manage infrastructure.

The Quicknode World Chain documentation is continuously updated, but we recommend cross-referencing with the official World Chain documentation for the latest API details.

Make World Chain API Calls

The quickest way to start building on World Chain is to create a Quicknode endpoint and send your first request. Quicknode provides managed World Chain endpoints, offering:

  • High reliability — globally distributed infrastructure designed to minimize downtime
  • Enhanced performance — optimized latency and request handling for production-grade apps

Visit the QuickStart page to create your endpoint and send your first request.
