Always send the full JSON-RPC envelope

Subscribe messages on /hypercore/ws must include the complete JSON-RPC envelope: jsonrpc, method, params, und id. If jsonrpc oder id is omitted, the message is routed to a different internal parser and rejected with errors such as Invalid message: missing field 'type' oder -32604.
