starknet_subscribePendingTransactions RPC Method

Deprecation Notice: This method was removed in Starknet JSON-RPC 0.9 and now returns -32601 Method not found. The specification replaces it with starknet_subscribeNewTransactions そして starknet_subscribeNewTransactionReceipts, which are not yet available on Quicknode endpoints.
