Viktor Shpak, co-founder and CTO at Visible Magic. I’ve been in crypto for over a decade, as a software developer, product manager, and founder.

Visible Magic’s mission is to help companies navigate the coming eras of decentralization, blockchains, AI, and Spatial Computing. We do this by deeply embedding ourselves in our customers' businesses—since this is how we can do our best work—and then providing exceptional service and approaches to product development that align closely with our clients' needs and lives.

We began 5 years ago with a team of 8 and have since expanded to over 30 people globally. Our focus now centers on three key pillars: blockchain, AR, and AI. We're enhancing our expertise in autonomous systems and exploring their integration with decentralized autonomous systems, which is the main area of our current research.

What inspired you to develop Visible Magic, and how did you conceive?

We started Visible Magic because we wanted to build products differently. Both partners in the company had worked in various corporate and startup environments and knew there was a gap between what companies need built for them and what they end up getting. We wanted to fill that gap differently by simplifying the process and the products. We’ve found that our clients continue to trust us with their most important projects.

Can you provide insight into Visible Magic’s progress by sharing any metrics or milestones indicating its traction?

Since the founding of our company, we’ve continued to grow our revenue and client roster by 50% each year—even during the Covid pandemic and bear markets. This is due, in part, to our amazing team, our daring clients, and our honest approach to the work that we do.

Visible Magic specializes in developing blockchain solutions tailored to our clients' needs. To ensure smooth operations, we partner with trusted providers like Quicknode, whose reliable infrastructure plays a key role in meeting our clients' expectations.

One of Quicknode's strengths is the flexibility of its tools, mainly through its marketplace. This led us to contribute our APIs, expanding the available resources for the community. Drawing on our experience with the BlockBook open-source indexing software, we collaborated with Quicknode to integrate BlockBook add-ons for several major blockchains. We introduced two add-ons in the Quicknode marketplace: hosted BlockBook support for Polygon and Base mainnets. This partnership improved the marketplace offerings and enhanced our ability to manage blockchain data and better serve our clients.

In summary, Quicknode's reliability and flexibility have been crucial in streamlining our development and delivering high-quality solutions.
