JTX is a self-custodial trading platform built on Solana by Jito Labs, the team behind the Jito Block Engine, JitoSOL liquid staking, and the JTO token. Announced in May 2026 at Solana Accelerate in Miami by CEO Lucas Bruder, JTX is Jito's first product built directly for traders, aiming to deliver centralized-exchange-grade execution while assets stay in the user's custody throughout.
The platform launches with spot trading across Solana assets and real-world assets, professional order types such as resting limits, brackets, OCO, and stop orders, persistent TradingView charting, and an orderbook depth view. Perpetual futures and prediction markets follow on the roadmap, extending JTX across the markets active traders care about. A distinctive economic design routes 80 percent of protocol revenue back to the Jito Protocol and JTO holders.
