Hyperliquid

The Hyperliquid Bridge is a dedicated cross-chain asset transfer system designed to connect the Hyperliquid ecosystem with other blockchain networks. It allows users to transfer tokens or value from external chains (like Ethereum, Arbitrum, or other LayerZero-compatible networks) into Hyperliquid’s Layer-1 environment or HyperEVM, so that assets can be used for decentralized spot and perpetual futures trading on Hyperliquid.

Importantly, the bridge is non-custodial by design — users retain control of their private keys, and transfers are executed via on-chain smart contracts without intermediaries taking custody of funds. It also offers route simulation and transparent cost estimates before transactions are confirmed, helping users understand expected fees and timing.

The infrastructure for Hyperliquid’s bridging typically leverages LayerZero’s Omnichain Fungible Token (OFT) standard and messaging layer, meaning assets that support this standard can move across many chains into Hyperliquid. Community-driven front ends and integrations (often referred to as Hyperbridge or HyBridge) aggregate optimal routes and liquidity to simplify the user experience.

For users of the Hyperliquid platform, the bridge is the primary way to onboard funds — especially stablecoins like USDC or USDH — from other networks into the platform’s trading environment. Once bridged, funds can be used for spot trading, perpetual futures, or other activities supported by Hyperliquid’s exchange interface.
