Hxro Network is a decentralized derivatives infrastructure and trading ecosystem built on the Solana blockchain, designed to power a wide spectrum of financial markets including derivatives, betting, and options in an efficient, composable, and scalable way. It provides core liquidity, risk management, settlement, and trading infrastructure that other applications can integrate into, allowing developers to build advanced markets without bootstrapping their own liquidity or risk systems.

At its foundation, Hxro aims to unify fragmented liquidity for on-chain derivatives, enabling futures, swaps, vanilla and exotic options, and parimutuel betting markets through a set of native protocols. These include Dexterity (a CLOB-based derivatives engine), SAMM (a parimutuel liquidity AMM), and THEO (a risk-managed AMM for options). The network’s design emphasizes decentralized composability, meaning developers can plug into shared liquidity pools and tools to build their own trading or betting applications.

The ecosystem is powered by the HXRO token, which serves as a utility and governance token. Token holders can stake to receive a share of network fees, participate in governance decisions, benefit from discounted fees, and earn incentives through ecosystem participation. A significant portion of network fees is distributed back to stakers and other ecosystem participants, reinforcing alignment between users and the platform.
