Hashport

HashPort is a blockchain interoperability portal designed to facilitate the seamless movement of digital assets across multiple distributed ledgers, including Hedera Hashgraph, Ethereum, Polygon, Avalanche, and BNB Chain. It enables users to transfer tokens securely and efficiently without altering the total circulating supply. This is achieved by locking native tokens in the portal and minting pegged tokens on the destination network, maintaining a 1:1 value ratio. For example, HBAR tokens locked on Hedera are represented as HBAR[eth] on Ethereum, which are burned upon return to unlock the original tokens.

The platform operates without a proprietary token to maintain platform neutrality and is secured by a validator swarm composed of trusted industry organizations. These validators use the Hedera Consensus Service (HCS) to aggregate authorization signatures and provide traceability for asset porting operations.
