Overview
Keep3r Network is a decentralized infrastructure tool designed to connect projects that require external DevOps or automation tasks with independent operators called keepers. Keepers are external entities—individuals or teams—that execute jobs registered by smart contracts. These jobs can range from simple transactions to complex off-chain logic. The network itself does not manage the jobs but provides a registry where projects can list jobs and keepers can register themselves as available to perform them.
Keepers set up their own infrastructure and decide which jobs to perform based on profitability and job requirements. Jobs may impose conditions such as minimum bonded tokens, earned fees, or time presence in the system. When a keeper completes a job, they receive payment in ETH, tokens, or the native KP3R token, with rewards typically covering gas costs plus a configurable premium. This incentivizes keepers to maintain reliable and efficient operations.
The network’s design emphasizes decentralization and trust minimization by allowing job owners and keepers to interact through the protocol while relying on governance mechanisms to resolve disputes.
